You have to send me an email with the tattoo description you would like to have, as well as the place, size, colors, budget and which days to have the appointment are suitable for you. If you don’t have a specific idea but a theme or a reason instead, tell me a little bit about your motivation to have it draw on your skin, I’ll help you on how it should be represented. Feel free to include reference pictures (including tattoos or illustrations of my creation that you rather enjoy) are always helpful because it can save us some time on the booking process.
I do not accept bookings with more than two months in advance.
I only start drawing after you’ve paid a 25€ deposit. That amount will be deducted in the final price. I always do several drawings and hypothesis. After you pick one, we can always adapt it until we both are happy with the final result.
I’ve got a private studio in Arroios, Lisbon. I don’t have any established schedule. If you want to meet me to either try on any clothes or have a look at my drawings, send me an email so that we can manage our meeting. It will be a pleasure to have you.
I’ve got plans to travel around so if you want me to meet you in your town let me know. The more people I’ll have there to get tattooed, the more likely I’ll go there.
It’s important to let you know that I never tattoo the same drawing twice (only if people come together for matching tattoos), so if you ever get one, you’ll know it will be special, exclusive and unique.
If’s there’s something that I already tattooed that you’re interested in, I’m always happy to talk about how we can change it enough to make it yours.
Off course. If you saw an untattooed drawing that you really want you’re welcome to put down a deposit on it and I’ll save it until you’re able to come in.
Yes and no. As I’ve said before, I like challenges and tattooing drawings from other people might be an enriching experience. Bear in mind that not all the drawings are possible to be tattooed, sometimes they might have to be adapted. If the drawings are from another illustrator you’ll have to ask for permission (so far none of the requests was denied). If the drawings are from another tattooist, I just won’t tattoo it. We are all on the same boat and I wouldn’t like if someone would do that with any of my drawings. Even if that tattooist is from another corner of the world, it seems that a lot of us travel and work simultaneously. Give it a try and ask her or him to come to your town. You’ might be lucky.
Although you can get a tattoo any time of the year, your skin gets a lot more abuse during the summer with swimming, tanning and just being more exposed to the elements. Winter time is really the best season to get a tattoo.
The minimum price for any tattoo is 50 euros but it will always depend on the number of colors used, size and place.
It takes from 2 weeks to one month until it’s completely healed.
From one month to six months after you’ve done it.
